At AuraFragrance.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives safely and meets shipping safety regulations.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
